Marie Perella Hadden is a Senior Attorney with Muchnicki & Bittner, LLP, who has been practicing with the firm since January of 2004. She is a member of AILA, the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2004. She has a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Spanish with a concentration in International Relations and a minor in Foreign Affairs from John Carroll University, 1989. At John Carroll University, Marie became a member of the Spanish National Honor Society, Sigma Delta Pi. During her studies at John Carroll University, Marie spent a junior semester abroad, studying at La IberoAmericana in Mexico City, Mexico where she studied international relations and the history of Mexico. Practicing law in Ohio since 1992 when she obtained her license by the Supreme Court of Ohio, Marie is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court Northern District of Ohio, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Demonstrating her dedication to assisting the community, Marie has been volunteering to assist at “OHCO”, the Ohio Hispanic Coalition, since 2005, where she has volunteered with the ESL program, has conducted legal seminars, and where she has been providing brief pro bono legal consults on Monday evenings at OHCO’s Sullivant Ave. office. Marie has served as a member of the Advisory Board of OHCO and she was awarded the Padrino Award in 2007 for her commitment to volunteering. Marie has had guest appearances speaking on Immigration-related topics on Radio Sol 1550 AM, La Mega 103.1 FM, and TV Azteca.
