E. Dennis Muchnicki founded Muchnicki Law Office in 1995, and today he is a partner at Muchnicki & Bittner, LLP. Before going into private practice, Dennis worked in the environmental division of the Ohio Attorney General’s office for twenty years. Dennis obtained his Bachelor’s degree from American University and his Juris Doctorate degree from George Washington University School of Law. Dennis is admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio; the United States Supreme Court; the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Ninth, Eleventh, and District of Columbia Circuits; and the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio.
Dennis is a member of the Ohio Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. In 1987, Dennis received the Marvin Award for Leadership and Achievement from the National Association of Attorneys General, and in 1998, Dennis received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Ohio Environmental Council. In 2012, Dennis received the Padrino award from the Ohio Hispanic Coalition, for his dedication to representing the rights of Latino individuals in Ohio.
