Cynthia Bedrosian is an Associate Attorney at Muchnicki & Bittner LLP. She initially became interested in immigration law after studying abroad and volunteering in El Salvador, Guatemala, and Southern Mexico as a college student. After learning first-hand the struggles many people endure in migrating to the United States, she was inspired to advocate for immigrant rights in her community. Her advocacy work ultimately led her to DePaul University College of Law, where she studied immigration and public interest law as a Public Interest Honors Scholar. As a law student, she continued her advocacy efforts through internships serving asylees, refugees, unaccompanied minor children, immigrant survivors of domestic violence, and human trafficking survivors in many of the country’s leading immigration legal service providers in Chicago, IL and on the United States-Mexican border. She received fellowships from both the DePaul Center for Public Interest Law and Equal Justice America to pursue this work as a law student.

Cynthia is passionate about access to justice and regularly volunteers in the community to provide immigration consultations and presentations. As a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, she serves on the Ohio Chapter Advocacy Committee.

Cynthia graduated cum laude from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and obtained her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law. She is a member of the Ohio Bar.
